WARRANTY POLICY
Tech Lootlo warrants to the original purchaser that:
Complete Packaging and Invoice

The original packaging with readable labels and an invoice mentioning the serial number is mandatory for warranty claims.

A duplicate invoice can be generated if you provide the order reference number.
Defects in Material and Workmanship

Tech Lootlo products are covered under warranty, as identified on your invoice.
Non-Covered Damages

Burnt, damaged, tampered, or modified products are not covered under warranty.
Turnaround Time (TAT)

The replacement process may take 5 to 15 working days. The time provided by our authorized support center will be final and binding.
Refund Policy

Refunds are only applicable if a replacement or alternative unit is not available.
Customer Responsibility

Customers must ensure that the faulty product is delivered to the support center without any additional damage. Products received in damaged condition will void the warranty.
Shipping Charges

Shipping charges for sending and receiving the warranty unit are to be paid by the customer.

If a product is received dead-on-arrival (DOA) or faulty on delivery, Tech Lootlo will cover the shipping charges for returning the faulty unit and sending the replacement.
Terms and Conditions

By purchasing from Tech Lootlo, customers accept all terms and conditions set by the store and waive the right to take legal action against the distributor.
No Refunds for Dissatisfaction

This warranty does not cover:

Lost parts originally supplied with the product.
